This has been resolved - during this time IdenTrust was suffering from a partial outage of OCSP responders. Approximately 15-20% of OCSP requests were failing with "internal_error".

This incident is a false positive. The backend monitoring service reported no issues with IdenTrust CRLs at the time this incident was created. Further investigation determined there was some resource contention on the monitoring host that prevented the accurate reporting of the IdenTrust CRL service.
